• Any delays in client communication, feedback, or incomplete information may extend delivery timelines.

• Revisions are included as per the agreed project plan; additional revisions may incur extra fees.

3. Accuracy of Renderings

Our VR and 3D visualizations aim to represent design intent with high accuracy.
However:

• Visuals are artistic representations, not exact construction documents.

• Final built environment may vary based on material selection, structural changes, or contractor revisions.

• VR Home Builders is not responsible for discrepancies between the renderings and the finished project.

4. Payments & Billing

All payments for our Services are due as per the invoice or project agreement.

Payment Terms:

• A project may require an upfront deposit before work begins.

• Remaining amounts are due according to milestones or final delivery.

• Invoices not paid on time may result in project delays or suspension of services.

• All fees are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All VR models, 3D designs, walkthroughs, renders, animations, and supporting files produced by VR Home Builders remain the intellectual property of the Company, unless otherwise agreed.

Clients receive a license to use the deliverables for marketing, sales, and design review purposes.

You may not:

• Resell our files

• Modify and redistribute them

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, social media, and ads unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate architectural drawings, floor plans, textures, materials, and references.

• Ensure they have legal rights to all content shared with us.

• Review drafts promptly and provide timely feedback.

• Use deliverables responsibly and within the agreed license.

VR Home Builders is not liable for errors arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information supplied by the client.

7. Third-Party Tools & VR Devices

Our VR walkthroughs can be experienced using compatible devices such as Oculus/Meta Quest or similar headsets.
We do not control third-party hardware or software and are not responsible for:

• Device performance

• Connectivity issues

• App store approvals or limitations

• External platform policies

8. Website Content & External Links

All content on this website—including text, images, videos, designs, and graphics—is owned by VR Home Builders.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Payments are overdue

• There is misuse of our deliverables

Clients remain responsible for all outstanding payments up to the date of termination.
